IN ACCORDANCE with the Court's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered herewith following remand by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Northern Division, judgment is entered in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff Karen Elizabeth Simms. The student loan debt at issue in this adversary proceeding is not dischargeable in Plaintiff's bankruptcy proceeding under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
