Counsel for Applicant :- Ram Prakash Singh

Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.

Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J.

1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

5. Considering the allegations levelled in the FIR being similar to the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant is in custody since 11.07.2022 and the trial has not even started coupled with the fact that the applicant does not have any criminal antecedents and without expressing any opinion on merit, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
