Maharashtra act 031 of 2001 : The Maharashtra Pre-School Centres (Regulation of Admission) (Repeal) Act, 2000.

Section 1.Short title.

This Act may be called the Maharashtra Pre-School Centres (Regulation of Admission) (Repeal) Act, 2000.

Section 2.Repeal of Mah. XXIX of 1997.

The Maharashtra Pre-School Centres (Regulation of Admission) Act, 1996 (Mah. XXIX of 1997), is hereby repealed.
