Uttar Pradesh act 003 of 1978 : The UTTAR PRADESH URBAN LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1978

Section 1.Short title

This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Local Self-Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 1978.

Section 2.Amendment of section 7 of U.P. Act 9 of 1977

In section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Local Self Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 1977, for the word and figure "March 31, 1978", the word and figure "December 31, 1978 shall be substituted.
