Uttar Pradesh act 008 of 1968 : The UTTAR PRADESH ELECTRICTY (TEMPORARY POWERS OF CONTROL (CONTINUANCE) ACT,1968

Section 1.Short title.

This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity (Temporary Powers of Control) (Continuance) Act, 1968.

Section 2.Amendment of section 1.

In sub-section (4) of section 1 of the U.P. Electricity (Temporary Power of Control) Act, 1947, for the word and figures "September 30, 1968", the word and figures "September 30, 1973", shall be substituted.
