Uttar Pradesh act 013 of 1948 : The UNITED PROVINCES EXPIRING LAWS CONTINUANCE ACT 1948
Section 1.Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Expiring
Laws Continuance Act, 1948
Section 2.Continuance inforce of Acts mentioned in the schedule
(1) The Principal Acts mentioned in column 1 of the schedule
shall, subject to the modification and to the extent specified in column
2, be permanent Acts.
(2) Any unrepeated enactments which are temporary in their
duration shall in so far as they amend or affect the Principal Act
continued by the foregoing provision of this Act, be continued in like
manner whether they are mentioned in the schedule or not.
