Uttar Pradesh act 024 of 1982 : The UTTAR PRADESH RASHTRA VIRODHI TATWA NIWARAN (NIRSAN) ACT, 1982

Section 1.Short title

1. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1982.

Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act No. 1 of 1971

2. On and from the commencement of this Act, the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran Adhiniyam, 1970, shall stand repealed.
