Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat University Act, 1949.
It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
* (Received the assent of the Governor on 10th December, 1970 and published in the "Gujarat Government Gazette" on the 16th December, 1970)
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969.
2. Amendment of section 4 of Bom.L. of 1949.- In section 4 of the Gujarat University Act, 1949 (Bom.L. of 1949), in clause (15), after the words "recognised institutions" the words "and to regulate the fees to be paid by the students in such colleges" shall be added.
