Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1966*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
* (Received the assent of the Governor on 29th September, 1966 and published in the "Gujarat Government Gazette" on the 30th September, 1966)
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1966.
2. Amendment of section ??? of Guj. ??? of 1963.- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), for the letters and figures "Rs. 1,75,00,00,000" the letters and figures "Rs. 3,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
