It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat New Capital (Periphery) Control (Repeal) Act, 2003.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July, 2002.
The Gujarat New Capital (Periphery) Control (Repeal) Act, 2003 (Guj. X of 1960) is hereby repealed.
The Gujarat New Capital (Periphery) Control (Repeal) Ordinance, 2003 (Guj. Ord. 1 of 2003) is hereby repealed.
