An Act Further to Amend the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962.
It is hereby enacted in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
* (Received the assent of the Governor on 19th February, 1994 and published in the "Gujarat, Government Gazette" on the 21st February, 1994)
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1992.
2. Deletion of section 44A of Guj. XXIII of 1962.- In the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962 (Guj. XXIII of 1962), section 44A shall be deleted.
