An Act to repeal the Dhrangadhra Municipality (Imposition of Taxes) (Validation) Act, 1977.
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
This Act may be called the Dhrangadhra Municipality (Imposition of Taxes) (Validation) (Repeal) Act, 2005.
The Dhrangadhra Municipality (Imposition of Taxes) (Validation) Act, 1977 is hereby repealed (Guj. 6 of 2, 1978).
