(3) Pseudoephedrine sulfate.

(4) Phenylephrine bitartrate in an effervescent dosage form.

(b) Topical nasal decongestants. (1) Levmetamfetamine.

(2) Ephedrine.

(3) Ephedrine hydrochloride.

(4) Ephedrine sulfate.
