2026-1165. State ex rel. Kidd v. Clinton Cty. Bd. of Elections.

In Mandamus. Sua sponte, it is ordered that the following schedule is set for the

filing of the answer, evidence, and briefs: Respondents shall file an answer to the

complaint no later than Wednesday, September 2, 2026; relators shall file evidence

and a merit brief no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026; respondents

shall file evidence and a merit brief no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,

September 8, 2026; and relators may file a reply brief no later than 4:00 p.m. on

Thursday, September 10, 2026. No requests or stipulations for extension of time

shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or

stipulations for extension of time.
