A Joint and Agreed Motion for Transfer and Request to Stay was filed June 23, 2026. In

the Motion to Transfer, Parties requested a stay of all trial court proceedings pending consideration

by the MDL Panel of the Motion to Transfer. The Motion to Stay is granted. All trial court

proceedings in the cases listed in the Appendix to the Motion to Transfer are stayed until further

order of the MDL Panel.
