1. Proposed amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Sup.R. 37 through 37.03, 39, and 42) were approved on May 19, 2026, for publication in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public- comment period ending July 13, 2026. The proposed amendments have been posted on the court's website.

Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and Shanahan, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.

2. Amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (new civil commitment forms) were adopted on May 19, 2026, and are effective July 1, 2026. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet. Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and Shanahan, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.

3. Amendments to the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio (S.Ct.Prac.R. 21.01 and 21.02) were adopted on May 19, 2026, for publication in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending July 13, 2026. The proposed amendments have been posted on the court's website.

4. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar (Gov.Bar R. I and Appendix III) were adopted on May 19, 2026, and are effective November 1, 2026. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and Shanahan, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.

5. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar (Gov.Bar R. I(18)) were adopted on May 19, 2026, and are effective September 1, 2026. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet. Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and Shanahan, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.

VII(31)) were adopted on May 19, 2026, for publication in the June 22, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending July 13, 2026.
