THE MOTION TO STAY IN THE FOLLOWING CASE IS GRANTED: 26-0491 IN RE ARDMORE REFINERY CDU FIRE LITIGATION

Defendants Valero Refining Company-Oklahoma, Valero Energy Corporation, and Valero

Refining Texas, L.P., filed a Motion to Transfer & Request for Stay on May 14, 2026 (hereinafter

the Motion to Transfer). In the Motion to Transfer the Defendants requested a stay of all trial court

proceedings pending the consideration by the MDL Panel of the Motion to Transfer. The Motion

to Stay is granted. All trial court proceedings in the cases listed in the Appendices to the Motion

to Transfer are stayed until further order of the MDL Panel.
