2026-0118. State ex rel. Cincinnati Enquirer v. Baker Ross.

In Prohibition. Sua sponte, respondent ordered to file a response to the amended

complaint no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2026. If respondent files a motion to

dismiss or a motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12.04, relators

shall file a response to the motion, if any, no later than Wednesday, February 4,

2026. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk

of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
