In Mandamus. Sua sponte, respondent ordered to file a response, if any, to

relator’s motion to expedite ruling on immediate stay of appellate court

proceedings no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026. No requests or

stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall

refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.

any, to appellant’s motion for emergency relief pending determination of

jurisdiction no later than Thursday, January 8, 2026. No requests or stipulations
