ORDER
Before the Court are appellant's May 29, 2025 (1) notice that counsel Andrew R. Gould is no longer representing him but the firm with which Mr. Gould was associated, Arnold & Itkin, remains as counsel and (2) third unopposed motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file his opening brief. We GRANT the
extension motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than July 7, 2025. We
DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Gould as counsel for appellant and, based on the extension motion, to designate Kyle Findley as appellant's lead counsel.

Because the brief was first due April 3, 2025, we again caution appellant against further extension requests.
