You are hereby notified that the Court has entered the following order:

No. 2025XX196-D Office of Lawyer Regulation v. Eric E. Lenzen

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) filed a notice of motion and motion, along with

a supporting affidavit, seeking the summary suspension of Attorney Eric E. Lenzen's license to

practice law in Wisconsin, pursuant to SCR 22.20. By order dated February 3, 2025, the court

directed Attorney Lenzen to show cause, in writing, by February 24, 2025, why OLR’s motion

should not be granted. As of the date of this order, Attorney Lenzen has not responded to the

order to show cause. The OLR’s motion and attachments demonstrate that summary suspension

is proper pursuant to SCR 22.20(1)-(2).

IT IS ORDERED that the motion is granted. The license of Attorney Eric E. Lenzen to

practice law in this state is summarily suspended as of the date of this order and until further

notice of this court. Attorney Lenzen shall further comply with the requirements of SCR 22.26

relating to license suspension, if he has not already done so.
