This matter is before the court on appellant Jonathan Gage Weidel’s Unopposed
Motion to Dismiss Appeal and its attachment, which demonstrates Mr. Weidel’s
knowledge of the right to appeal and expressly elects to withdraw the appeal. See Fed. R.
App. P. 42(d); 10th Cir. R. 42.3.
Upon consideration, the court:
A. Grants the motion; and
B. Dismisses this appeal.
See Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 42.3. The court directs Mr. Weidel’s counsel to
provide him with a copy of this order.
A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
