ORDER

By order of July 28, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the April 22, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Johnson (Docket No. 163073). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Johnson on July 7, 2023, 511 Mich. ___ (2023), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
