Goff v. Trinity Servs. Grp.

United States District Court, District of Arizona
Nov 1, 2022

Douglas L. Rayes, United States District Judge.

ORDER

Douglas L. Rayes, United States District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiff Shawn Charles Goff's objection to Magistrate Judge Metcalf's order denying consolidated motions to compel, for judicial notice, and to extend the deadline for dispositive motions. (Doc. 84.) The Court reviews the Magistrate Judge's decision under a “clearly erroneous or contrary to law” standard. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A). Having reviewed Magistrate Judge Metcalf's order and Plaintiff's objections, the Court finds no error, clear or otherwise. Magistrate Judge Metcalf properly denied the motions for failing to make out prima facie cases in all three instances.

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's objection (Doc. 90) is OVERRULED and Magistrate Judge Metcalf's order (Doc. 84) is AFFIRMED.
