Derrick Tyrone Ingram, Appellant Pro Se.

David A. Bragdon, Assistant United States Attorney, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM

Derrick Tyson Ingram appeals the district court's order denying his motion for compassionate release. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. United States v. Ingram, No. 7:16-cr-00116-D-20 (E.D. N.C. filed Dec. 21, 2021; entered Dec. 21, 2021). We deny Ingram's motion to expedite as moot. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
