On page 5 of the concurring and dissenting opinion, the second full paragraph in Part D. is deleted.
On page 7 of the concurring and dissenting opinion, in the third paragraph of Part E., the parenthetical reference to page 13 of the typed opinion is changed to a reference to page 12.
Obviously, these changes do not affect the judgment.
