In light of the decisions in Davis v. Washington (2006) ___ U.S. ___, 126 S.Ct. 2266, 165 L,Ed.2d 224, People v. Cage (2007) 40 Cal.4th 965, 56 Cal.Rptr.3d 789, 155 P.3d 205, and People v. Black (2007) 41 Cal.4th 799, 62 Cal.Rptr.3d 569, 161 P.3d 1130, review in the above-entitled matter is dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) Cause remanded.
