1. Proposed amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. I) and to the Rules of the Ohio Board of Bar Examiners (Bar Exam R. I through V) are being published in the November 4, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending December 4, 2019.

O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.

2. Proposed amendments to the Standard Probate Forms in the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Forms 6.0, 7.1, 8.3, 28.0, and 28.1) are being published in the November 4, 2019 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet for a public-comment period ending December 4, 2019.
