PER CURIAM

AND NOW, this 18^th day of February, 2020, it is ORDERED that:

1. In view of Judge Younge's Amended Answer admitting the allegations of the Amended Complaint the trial in this matter is no longer necessary and is cancelled;

2. Counsel for the Judicial Conduct Board and for Judge Younge will have until March 20, 2020, to file Proposed Findings of Fact of Conclusions of Law and any supporting documents; and

3. A Sanction Hearing will be scheduled after the Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are considered.
