State v. Pullums
Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
Feb 2, 2021
PER CURIAM.
Richard A. Starnes, Jefferson City, for Respondent.
William E. Simmons, Clinton, for Appellant.
Jedd C. Schneider, Co-counsel for Appellant.
Division One: Thomas N. Chapman, Presiding Judge, Mark D. Pfeiffer, Judge and W. Douglas Thomson, Judge
ORDERPER CURIAM:
Michael A. Pullums appeals from his conviction of class A felony first-degree domestic assault. In his sole point on appeal, Pullums argues that allowing the State to amend its information was error because the amendment prejudiced his substantial rights. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
