Merceri v. Bank of N.Y. Mellon

¶ 1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its January 5, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶ 2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶ 3 That the Petitioner's motions to continue consideration of the petition and to consolidate the petition with Supreme Court, No. 99267-3 are denied. The petition for review is also denied.
