FRANCES M. TYDINGCO-GATEWOOD, Chief District Judge.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the District Court of Guam will close on Monday, March 7, 2022 in observance of Guam History and Chamorro Heritage Day.

Any court filings due while the court is closed on March 7, 2022, shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for regular business on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Additionally, Chief Deputy Clerk Charles White will be available for immediate assistance with court emergencies at 988-9031. Electronic filing, as always, will be available to registered users throughout the day.
