In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Second District, in case Nos. 2-95-1587 and 2-95-1595, is vacated. The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Latona et al., 184 Ill.2d 260, 234 Ill.Dec. 801, 703 N.E.2d 901 (1998).
