In this writ application, relator, Lynn Rome Romano, seeks review of the lower court's January 30, 2019 judgment granting the motion to compel filed by defendant, Union Carbide Corporation, seeking production of third party settlement agreements entered into by relator and her deceased husband prior to his death. Under the unique facts and circumstances of this case, we find the lower court abused its discretion in granting defendant's motion to compel. Accordingly, we grant this writ application and vacate the lower court's January 30, 2019 ruling in its entirety.
