Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Lang-Miers and Justice Evans Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we DISMISS the Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandamus filed by relators the Honorable Morgan Meyer and the Dallas County Republican Party. We DISMISS the Counter-Petition for Writ of Mandamus filed by respondent the Honorable Carol Donovan and real party in interest the Dallas County Democratic Party. We DENY the Motion for Sanctions filed by respondent and real party in interest. We ORDER the parties to bear their own costs, if any, of this original proceeding.
