An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 6, 2018, and respondent-appellant having applied for an extension of time within which to file and serve her reply brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Jeffrey Wicks, Esq., dated December 26, 2018,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted on the condition that the reply brief is filed and served on or before January 14, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
