The Chapter 13 Trustee's Motion for Clarification for Disbursement of Attorney's Fees came on for hearing on March 25, 2013. Tami Gadd-Willardson appeared on behalf of Kevin R. Anderson, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee. Aaron Tillmann and Christian Burridge appeared on behalf of the Debtor and themselves. Adam Ford appeared on behalf of Ford & Huff LC.

The Court has reviewed the pleadings on file, heard oral argument, and after making its findings of fact and conclusions of law on the record:

HEREBY ORDERS, DECREES, AND ADJUDGES THAT:

1. The Chapter 13 Trustee shall disburse funds on hand for attorney fees in the amount of $524 to Christian Burridge as counsel for the Debtor.
