AND NOW, this 4* day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the criminal information filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Fortunato N. Perri, Sr., charging felonies, and upon consideration of the Petition for Interim Suspension Without Pay filed by the Judicial Conduct Board, under the authority of Article V, Section 18(d)(2), it is hereby ORDERED that the said Respondent is suspended from any and all duties which he may have as a senior Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge and Respondent henceforth shall not be eligible to accept any assignments as a senior Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge.
