Sikorsky Fin. Credit Union, Inc. v. Butts

The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 144 Conn.App. 755, 75 A.3d 700, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that contractual postmaturity interest*858was properly terminated upon the entry of the judgment?”
