IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia is authorized to dispose of submissions filed on paper or magnetic media (diskette, tape, CD/ROM) provided those submissions have been scanned or uploaded in their entirety to CM/ECF and provided that disposal of those submissions is not prohibited by local court rule.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any entity who desires to retrieve submissions made on paper or magnetic media shall file a written request within 60 days after the filing of such documents.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any submission that has not been not scanned or uploaded in its entirety to CM/ECF, or for which disposal is prohibited by local court rule, shall be maintained by the Clerk.
