This matter came before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by Plaintiff National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) against the Defendant/Debtor Octavio Oliveira Fragata requesting the Debtor's discharge be denied pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 727(a)(2)(A). The final evidentiary hearing was held on April 11, 2012, at which the pro se Debtor and counsel for Plaintiff appeared.

After reviewing the pleadings and evidence, hearing live testimony and argument, and in conformity with and pursuant to the Memorandum Opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the relief sought in the Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. No. 1) is hereby GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Octavio Oliveira Fragata's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 727 is hereby DENIED.
