On April 12, 2013, Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13, initiating Case No. 13-47557. That case remains pending. On May 2, 2013, Debtor filed another voluntary bankruptcy petition, also under Chapter 13, initiating this case. Debtor has the same attorney in both cases. Because Debtor may not have two Chapter 13 cases pending at the same time,
IT IS ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
