AND NOW, this 17^th day of November, 2014, it is ORDERED that Robert Jennings, III, Magisterial District Judge, Dauphin County, is hereby suspended with pay pending further ORDER of this Court. Judge Robert Jennings, III, is given leave to file a response to the Petition for Relief for Interim Suspension With or Without Pay within seven (7) days of this ORDER which response may be considered by this Court for the purpose of modifying this ORDER.
