ORDER TO APPEAR AT 341A MEETING OF CREDITORS THROUGH INTERROGATORIES
Debtor filed filed a Motion to allow his appearance by Interrogatories at the meeting of creditors and/or allow his daughter to appear with debtor and answer questions on his behalf.
No unresolved objections or responses to the Motion having been filed, it appears that the Motion should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,
That the Debtor, Eddie Gene McCary, shall be allowed to appear at the meeting of creditors by sworn interrogatories, and/or allow his daughter, Janice McCray, to appear on his behalf by Power of Attorney, and the Trustee shall accept the signed Interrogatories of the Debtor.
