In re Amendment to Supreme Court Rule 17

FRANK F. DROWOTA, III, CHIEF JUSTICE

Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 17 is hereby amended by deleting the Uniform Judgment Document currently attached to Rule 17 and by substituting instead the Uniform Judgment Document attached hereto. Effective September 1, 2005, and consistent with the Meth-Free Tennessee Act of 2005, the amended Uniform Judgment Document requires court clerks to provide information about meth-related convictions.
