MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees Under the Equal Access to Justice Act (Dkt. #18) and Commissioner's Response to Plaintiff's Motion (Dkt. #20), wherein Commissioner states it does not oppose and has no objection to the requested fee, and requests only that the Court direct payment be made payable to Plaintiff, finds that Plaintiff's Motion is well taken and should be granted. This award is subject to administrative offset.

IT IS ORDERED.
