MEMORANDUM OPINION GARCIA, Judge.

{1} Defendant has appealed from a conviction for DWI. We issued a second notice of proposed summary disposition on November 14, 2013, proposing to reverse and remand for consideration of Defendant's arguments concerning the ignition interlock feature of her sentence. The State has filed a response with this Court indicating that it does not oppose our proposed summary disposition. {2} Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the second notice of proposed summary disposition, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
