Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by appellants-respondents and to dismiss appeal and cross appeals taken by respondents-appellants for failure of prosecution.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by appellants-respondents is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to August 1, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal and the cross appeals taken by respondents-appellants are dismissed, without costs, upon default.
