On October 8, 2013, petitioner on review was directed to comply with the Oregon Revised Statutes and/or the Oregon Rules of Appellate Procedure (ORAP), or the petition for review would be dismissed pursuant to ORAP 1.20(4). As of this date, petitioner on review has not corrected the deficiencies outlined in the court's October 8, 2013, notice. The petition for review is dismissed.
DISMISSED.
