The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 145 Conn.App. 696, 77 A.3d 165, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the plaintiff did not correctly *893exercise the option to purchase real estate when, at the time of such exercise, the defendant had not performed its obligations to the plaintiff with respect to the environmental remediation of the real estate?”
